Quiet Night is a dark theme based on Blackboard for TextMate. It's focus is ExpressionEngine support, but also supports CSS,HTML and PHP. You've probably seen this theme floating around on the Coffee House as 'Blackboard'. I've renamed it and modified it to make it unique to Espresso.

Espresso by MacRabbit allows you to extend its capabilities by using 'sugars'. These are essentially plugins. This ExpressionEngine sugar adds language support, codesense and itemization (code folding).
CSSExtra is a plugin for that gives you access to some dynamic css. Although it is not truely dynamic in that it will not process the variables and settings, it gives you the commands to process the CSS instead. What this means is that you can have constants, bases and a layout module within your CSS.
